About James

James Croall is a certified QEEG Technologist and peak performance coach with a passion for exploring the intersection of mind, consciousness, and reality. He owns and operates a small neurotherapy practice in San Francisco, where he helps clients become the best possible version of themselves.

After leaving a successful 25-year career in cybersecurity, James embarked on a personal quest to improve his physical and mental health. This journey led him to study a wide range of disciplines—from neuroscience and psychology to Pythagorean philosophy—eventually introducing him to the revolutionary subject of ontological mathematics and the insights presented in The Dream of Matter.

James’s work seeks to bridge the gap between empirical science and rational philosophy, offering a new way to understand the brain, psychology, and mental health. His upcoming book, The Dream of Matter, will present a compelling argument for how our brains reflect the thoughts of our immaterial souls and what this means for our understanding of reality and personal growth.

James launched his neurotherapy practice in 2023 and introduced his insights on the brain and soul at the 2023 School of Neurotherapy Conference. His talk, “Finding the Signal of Love in the Most Complex Noise in the Known Universe,” suggested that love is not just a feeling or a frequency, but a language that we can observe in the electrical activity of the brain and even shared between brains.

When he’s not working or writing, James enjoys spending time with his partner and bodybuilding. A favorite side hobby is studying world religions and philosophical perspectives, seeking connections between mythological ideas and their underlying mathematical, logos roots.
